A program of the Majestic Empire Foundation
Teens take initiative. Create opportunity.
Teen Arts Ambassadors is a youth-led, charity-driven program helping make arts careers more accessible through industry preparation, real leadership and competitive scholarships that teens apply for and earn.
Why we exist
Talent is everywhere. Access isn’t.
A teen may have the drive but not the same financial resources, family support or industry guidance as someone else. We build a pathway to opportunity without assuming every family can provide the same things.

How it works
From the stage to the scholarship fund
Teens lead
A founding group of 8–10 ambassadors runs teams for career prep, media & storytelling, and events & fundraising.
Events raise funds
Open mics, industry nights and showcases, tied to existing Majestic programming, invite giving toward the scholarship fund.
Teens apply & earn
Scholarships are competitive and administered by the Foundation, opening doors to headshots, classes and workshops.
The goal is to bring people together, create opportunity and support teens who are willing to work for their goals. The difference is that teens are taking the initiative and helping lead the work themselves.
